1. Professional Solutions, Structured Delivery

TransArabesk provides professional translation, localization solutions. All solutions are delivered according to the project requirements agreed between TransArabesk and the client.

Projects are delivered in accordance with industry-standard localization workflows, which may involve the use of Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools and desktop publishing (DTP) support, as appropriate to the project scope.

TransArabesk works with structured file formats such as HTML, XML, XLIFF, or other editable formats provided by the client. The client is responsible for supplying accurate, complete, and properly formatted source files.

2. Quotes & Payments

• Quotes are based on word or page count, text complexity, language pair, and turnaround time. Refer to TransArabesk Pricing Table for more details. Note that the pricing table will be updated regularly.
• Additional instructions or revisions may result in adjusted pricing.
• Payment terms are based on two options, as clarified in the Request A Quote, and will be communicated individually for each project.
• Work will begin only after final confirmation and initial payment depending on project scope.

3. Confidentiality

TransArabesk maintains strict confidentiality for all client documents and information. No materials are shared with third parties, except where legally required. All files are handled securely and exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the project.

4. Intellectual Property

Clients must ensure that they have the legal rights to submit materials for translation. TransArabesk is not responsible for any intellectual property violations contained in client content.

Completed translations become the client’s property only upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitations & Liability

While TransArabesk ensures accuracy, quality, and professionalism, the following limitations apply:

• TransArabesk is not responsible for losses arising from misinterpretation of source content.
• Accuracy cannot be guaranteed when the source text is unclear, incomplete, or contains errors.
• TransArabesk is not liable for decisions made based on translated content without additional review.
• TransArabesk is not responsible for errors resulting from corrupted, improperly formatted, non-editable, or incorrectly exported source files provided by the client.

For website and localization projects, TransArabesk preserves the structure and tags of the source files as provided. Final integration, testing, deployment, and technical implementation within a CMS, website, or application environment remain the responsibility of the client or their designated developer.

TransArabesk is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our translations or website.

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or reuse website content without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its servers.
• Use the website in a manner that could damage, disable, or interfere with its functionality.

These assets are protected and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.
